IDX keeps telling me to turn on third party cookies even though I turned them on

I keep getting this message

so I checked third party cookies ON.

go to settings of your browser (in google chrome)> find "Privacy and Security " > click “Third-party cookies - Third-party cookies are limited” > you find this paragraph

click add button on the paragraph and copy then paste this link “https://idx.google.com/” in this below form . Click add in the form.

You will access and create the project idx projects . It is for google chrome only

I am using Google Chrome browser which looks like this to avoid this error . I never used Chromebook.
