Has anyone else seen a spike in 403 errors?? I have seen it a lot today everytime I rebuild the env or refresh the page I keep getting a 403 error but the second time I refresh the page it loads fine
I am not on VPN and just a normal internet connection
one project was react and another was go

I tried to capture network logs, but the error disappeared on refresh

If any of you are still seeing this, can you please capture a network trace (the HAR file) via the Chrome Debugging Tools and email it to me via kirupa[at]google.com?

@Srivats_Venkataraman, others - thanks for sharing your HAR files and helping us get to the bottom of this. We rolled out a fix yesterday to address this.
