Workspace on IDX is down

I cannot open my workspace and has been an issue for over an hour. It won’t load.

Also, I noticed 9 error messages, 503 service unavailable in the console output of the workspace’s loading screen.

Still some intermittent downtime. But there is a blizzard that just dumped 10 inches of snow here in the Midwest. So there’s that.

My workspaces seem to stall around this time and has been that way for the past three days, between 6:30pm and 7:00pm.

Happening now, 6:42pm EST.

Update: Clearing cookies for idx.google.com fixed the issue for me.

Hmm. Let me flag this for the team to look into. Glad it is working after clearing the cookies, though! :slight_smile:

Clearing cookies absolutely fixed it.

Even the editor is running smoother.

It didn’t work this time. My workspaces won’t load even after clearing the cookies. They’ve been down since 11pm EST.

Maybe I picked a bad week to evaluate Google IDX. It’s down about 1/3 of the time I want to work with it.

But FWIW, whenever I complain about it, my project starts working again a few minutes later. That’s too consistent of a behavior to be deemed a coincidence.

Thus the numerous posts here.

All said, my workspace is stuck again.

Do you see any errors in JS console or network tab?

Is this one specific workspace or do you notice similar issue for other workspaces as well?

No errors, but eventually I get a 503 error as described in prior screenshots.

My workspace is not loading now, in fact

I am mostly having trouble loading this particular workspace. It is a small project that I started 12 days ago, a total of 120 files.
