I can’t enter to my workspace, the error: Error opening workspace: We’ve detected suspicious activity on one of your workspaces. Please contact support for further assistance, please help i need work!

I keep running across the same problem. Additionally, my workspace is not functional.

Anybody know’s a fix to this problem. I change locations and probably IP changed and now getting this error. Will have to test if I go to my old IP if the error will persist. But for now no luck at all accessing any of my workspaces!

For me the problem was chrome, workspaces open just fine on Safari. Had to clear cookies

Same here. I’ve tried opening the project in another browser, but the error still persists.

Edit: I’m starting to think it might be a server issue. I’m curious—how many others have encountered this problem recently?

I tried to change the favicon in Nextjs workspace , i got this “suspicious activity error” . Please tell how to resolve this as im not able to access my project files

Apologies for this. Our automated system that catches suspicious activity is being overeager. We are actively working on fixing this now.

I have some important project files in it which i’m not able to access, if possible please fix it urgently else i’ll get in trouble!
