Android Emulator Issues

Hello,

The issues with the Android Emulator have been mentioned multiple times in this forum, yet no action has been taken to address them. Problems such as the emulator’s small size, blurry screen, and slow performance have made it nearly impossible to work with.

Please find a solution that allows us to connect the project to a physical device instead.

yeah, this is currently a problem with android emulator. here is what i do for workaround:

  • top right side in android screen / file there is a button “Open in new Window” , click this .
  • this will open emulator in new tab.
  • you can split the window screen in two part such that the chrome tab with android emulator has minimum possible width
  • you may need to zoom out this chrome tab, in my case 33 % is good
  • in other part of window screen you can write code in idx

I have been having same issues here and when trying to open the chrome browser for authentication , the app crashes and it says “Lost connection to device” .In addition to that , anytime i open the emulator it says " System UI isn’t responding. Also the emulator runs slow and lags.

Thank you for your idea.
I tried this method as well, but most of the time, it displayed a blank page, which was very frustrating.
