CRASHED AGAIN AND AGAIN. whats going on its been from morning

I have a similar problem, the idx interface stopped responding, it doesn’t let me write, and it doesn’t open the menus, it doesn’t finish running the app when I launch it, I delete and create new projects and nothing, I tried with another browser and another keyboard, I tried with another computer, I tried deleting all the cookies and it doesn’t work either, apparently it’s something with my profile, I think it all started when I downloaded a project from github
