Resource has been exhausted

Hello all,

I use IDX on my main domain but was setting up access for my other domain and I get this error frequently:

Resource has been exhausted (e.g. check quota).

Problem is, all I am trying to do is import from a repo and its a super small project.

What can I do to increase my quota?
