Upgrade nix channel for template script

From the docs:

Note: idx-template.nix always uses the stable-23.11 Nix channel.

This prevents me from using the latest Dart version during the bootstrap script of a template. The latest available version of the dart nix package on this channel is 3.1.3, which is from Sept. 2023. I would guess its the same for other packages.

Can you update the nix channel for templates to the latest (currently 24.11)?

I tried downloading and unpacking the dart binary manually, but that fails due to some dynamic loader error. The fixes described here don’t work. I don’t have any info on what environment the bootstrap script is run on. Because of that and because it takes a lot of time to recreate projects, its really painful to debug.

Looks like the docs are outdated. 24.11 should be supported. Can you try changing channels in dev.nix to stable-24.11 please? Let us know if it doesn’t work

This is about the idx-template.nix file, not the dev.nix
