Workspaces Reload Every 60 Seconds

I’m brand new to IDX, trying to get any workspace template up and running, but I’m finding that every workspace that I’ve tried, including the blank one, will reload itself every 60 seconds or so. It rolls back to the Finalizing state before bringing up the workspace again and becoming available for user interaction (but only for the remainder of the minute).

This behavior suggests an expired watchdog timer, but I haven’t been able to find any suitable logs to pin down a source.

I’ve enabled third-party cookies, but am running on older equipment (Mac Pro 2013) through a VPN.

Any suggestions on how to get past this?

Russel. This is something we are actively trying to track down. If you disable your VPN, does the reloading still happen?

It appears that if I launch the workspace with VPN disabled, I’m able to run successfully and avoid the repetitive reloading, but once I reactivate VPN, the reloading starts and will continue even after disabling VPN again.
